Some casino chips and cardsBlackjack is one of the most popular casino games. One of the most attractive parts about the game is the fun and excitement players get sitting around a table and celebrating wins with other players. While blackjack is a game that is offered through online casinos, you lose that experience of playing with a live dealer and other players when you play online. That’s where live blackjack comes in. It allows players to get an experience as close to the live version as possible when they’re playing on their mobile device through an app or on their computer. How to play live blackjack

Live blackjack follows the same rules that blackjack games do for versions that are played in live casinos. The idea of the game is for your hand to beat the dealer’s hand. If you do, then you win. If you don’t, then you lose. The best hand in this card game is 21- known as blackjack when the number combination is made with an Ace and a card with a value of 10. Each player and the dealer is initially dealt two cards, which you total to get your current score. Kings, Queens and Jacks have a value of 10, while an Ace has a value of either 11 or 1 – you can choose which.

Each player’s initial two cards are dealt face up, while only one of the dealer’s initial cards are face up, and the other is face down so it’s hidden. Players then have a choice on whether they want to hit – take another card – or stand. If the player has a good hand, such as a hand with a value between 17 and 21, they will likely stand. If they don’t, they will likely hit and take another card. If your hand totals more than 21, then you will lose that hand. The idea of the game is to get as close to 21 as possible without going over.

Once all the players make their choices with their hands, the dealer will flip over the hidden card to reveal their hand. If the dealer’s hand totals 16 or less, he will have to hit and take another card. Once the dealer’s hand reaches 17 or goes over 21, then the dealer will stand. The dealer’s hand will then be compared to all players’ hands that are left in the game to determine who wins. Each player with a hand better than the dealer’s will win, and each player with a hand worse than the dealer’s will lose.

Is it really live?

Live blackjack games in Canada are slightly different than normal online casino blackjack games that you play once you make a mobile deposit. Instead of playing against a computer-generated game with a random number generator, you instead will be virtually “sitting” at a blackjack table with other players.

The game will be dealt with real cards from a real dealer who is located inside a gaming studio. This game will be streamed via a feed to your computer or mobile device, and the choices you make for hitting or standing will be read by the real dealer and he or she will deal the cards based on that. In this regard, the game is live as the deal is happening in real time. You just won’t be playing in person with the dealer in the same room as you.

Basic strategies & tips

There are many different strategies for playing blackjack, but here are some basic tips you can follow to give yourself the best chance to win. The first strategy is to assume that every card that you cannot see will have a value of 10. This is because the most common card value in a blackjack deck is 10 – since all 10s, Jacks, Queens and Kings have that value.

With this strategy, you’ll assume that the dealer’s hidden card has a value of 10, and the next card dealt from the deck will be a 10. Therefore, if the dealer’s other card that is showing is a 6, for example, you should assume the dealer’s hand is 16 and the dealer will have to take a hit. This strategy will help you make the decision as to whether you should hit or stand with your hand.

The second basic strategy is to let the dealer bust – or go over 21. This means that you should generally stand when the dealer is showing a 4, 5 or 6, when you have hands like 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 — hands that would make you bust if you hit and got a 10.

Short summary

Live blackjack is a great way to get an online live blackjack experience that’s close to the same experience you’d get sitting at an actual table at a land-based casino. The fact that you are seeing a real dealer hand out real cards in front of your eyes makes it an experience closer to the “real thing” than just playing a computer-generated game that deals out digital cards.
